Meet the Ware Built Timber Frames team. We’re a family-owned and operated business with over 35-years of experience in timber framing. Through education and hands-on experience, we work with both individuals and businesses to deliver custom homes, barns and outdoor structures.

Eric J. Moulton
Eric is the heart and soul of Ware Built Timber Frames. Throughout the Northeast for over 35 years he has dedicated his career to the crafting of timber frames. At his own sawmill, Eric produces precision cut timbers. He is a skilled craftsman that says his favorite part of the job is seeing a project come together on “crane day.”
In his spare time, Eric can be found in the great outdoors, fishing in local rivers and lakes.

Kyle E. Moulton
By watching his father, Eric, as a child, Kyle was inspired to pursue a career in timber framing as well. He has a construction management degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and Construction. He is very driven when it comes to achieving his goals. Forward thinking and strategic planning are in Kyle’s daily practices.
When he isn’t working, Kyle enjoys spending time with his son, Charlie.
Frame Designer
Todd L. Wilson
Todd began his career in timber framing as an apprentice with Eric Moulton in 1991 and has been a valued member of the business since. Through hands-on experience and education he has transitioned from cutting timber frames to designing timber frame houses and barns. He loves to wear many hats – from cutting to client meetings. Not only does he have years of experience, Todd also appreciates the history and craftsmanship of building timber frames. With each project, he strives to provide clients with timeless quality structures.
Todd is an integral member of the Ware Built Timber Frames team.
